Necessity, Invention, and the Lure of Sensory Deprivation Chambers
If earplugs had not already been invented, the new edition of this classic kids game would now necessitate their creation.

I never had this game as a kid and always thought it seemed neat. I bought it for my kids years ago thinking I would finally get a chance to play. We did. Exactly once. They were terrified of it then, and even now would be anxious if I even suggested it. Which is fine, because I realized I wasn't missing a thing!
